Loyalty & Rewards - Exclusions - Send Emails to Customers whom Opt-In / Opt-Out Marketing

By default regardless of whether customers accept marketing option, emails will still be sent to them. If you only want to send emails to customers who chose to accept marketing, simply follow the steps below.

Changing The Opt-In Setting

  1. Settings - General - Exclusions
  2. Choose either option
  3. Click 'Save' on the right side of the page
