You can easily exclude customer emails from Loyalty & Rewards program by adding the domain to the Suppression List.

- Settings - General - Exclusions
- Add the email addresses that you wish to exclude from the Loyalty & Rewards program in the textbox under "Suppression"
- Click on the "Save" button on the right side to save your settings
