Loyalty & Rewards - Exclusions - Exclude Customers Emails from Loyalty & Rewards Program

You can easily exclude customer emails from Loyalty & Rewards program by adding the domain to the Suppression List.

  1. Settings - General - Exclusions
  2. Add the email addresses that you wish to exclude from the Loyalty & Rewards program in the textbox under "Suppression"
  3. Click on the "Save" button on the right side to save your settings
