Loyalty & Rewards - Exclusions - Exclude Customers from all emails

Using the suppression list allows you to permanently exclude customers from all future emails sent from our Loyalty & Rewards app.

Adding Emails To The Suppression List

  • Settings - General - Exclusions
  • Enter the email addresses that you wish to exclude in the textbox under 'Suppressions'
  • Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page

Note:  Separate each email address with a new line


Import Emails Using a CSV File

If you have a long list of email addresses, they can be imported using a CSV file instead. Please prepare the file with only the email addresses in a single column, and send it via email over to us at  hello@stamped.io. Our support team will assist you with importing the email addresses into the suppression list.
