Loyalty & Rewards - Exclusions - Exclude Customers or Orders from Loyalty & Rewards Program with Tags
If you've any specific customers that you do not wish to send a review request to, you can now exclude them using customer tags.

Adding The Tag
- Go to Settings - Exclusions
To Exclude Customers with tags
- Type in the tag you wish to use to exclude customers from rewards program (e.g. 'exclude-customer') under "Exclude Customers with tags"
- Click on the "Save" button on the right side to save the settings.
- Add the tag 'exclude-customer' for all customers you wish to be excluded from the rewards program in your Shopify's Admin.
To Exclude Orders containing products with tags
- Type in the tag you wish to use to exclude products from rewards program (e.g. 'exclude-products') under "Exclude Products with tags"
- Click on the "Save" button on the right side to save the settings.
- Add the tag 'exclude-products' for all products you wish to be excluded from the rewards program in your Shopify's Admin.
To Exclude Orders with tags
