Loyalty & Rewards - Exclusions - Exclude Customers or Orders from Loyalty & Rewards Program with Tags

If you've any specific customers or customers that you would like to exclude from the rewards program, you can now do so using tags.

*Note: Only applies to Shopify users. For other e-commerce platforms, you can use the suppression list instead: https://help-rewards.stamped.io/article/492-loyalty-rewards-exclusions-exclude-customers-from-loyalty-rewards-program


In This Guide


Adding The Tag

  1. Go to Settings - Exclusions



To Exclude Customers with tags

  1. Type in the tag you wish to use to exclude customers from rewards program (e.g. 'exclude-customer') under "Exclude Customers with tags"
  2. Click on the "Save" button on the right side to save the settings.
  3. Add the tag 'exclude-customer' for all customers you wish to be excluded from the rewards program in your Shopify's Admin.

To Exclude Orders containing products with tags 

  1. Type in the tag you wish to use to exclude products from rewards program (e.g. 'exclude-products') under "Exclude Products with tags"
  2. Click on the "Save" button on the right side to save the settings.
  3. Add the tag 'exclude-products' for all products you wish to be excluded from the rewards program in your Shopify's Admin.

To Exclude Orders with tags
