Loyalty & Rewards - Points Expiration
Points expire after a certain period of inactivity, for a period of 3 months to 2 years for our Rewards & Loyalty app. This means that if you go 3 to 24 months without earning points or redeeming rewards, you'll lose the accumulated points.

How To Setup Points Expiry
- Head over to Settings - Points
- Under the Points expiry section, click on the dropdown list below Points will expire after
- Choose the option between 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or 2 years
- Remember to click on the Save button on the bottom right to save your settings!
How Do Points Expire
Making a purchase is considered an activity for the rewards program, so such activities will stop the points from expiring
