Basic Setup
- Let’s get you started with some basic setup. Go to Settings -> Points and you will see this page for Points settings:
- Fill up all of the details as required.
- Remember to save your settings by pressing the Save button!
- Click on Back to Main
- Go to Points
- Ensure the Points Program is Enabled.
Points
You will be able to set and view the actions to reward customers with points at the Points section.
How to set up a new rule for points:
- Click on the Add new rule button on the bottom left of the Points Section. (Alternatively, you can click on "View all points" and click on the "Add new rule" button above)
- Choose the action that you want to reward points upon completing and click on the Add rule button.
There are 4 types of actions that you will be able to rewards points to your customer

Custom Rules Custom Activity - Please refer to the following guide to set up custom earning rules - Select Active under Status to reward customers with points upon completing the action.
- Enter the points to reward for this action. Note: The app will accept up to 2 decimal places (eg. 1.02)
- Fill up the rest of the details accordingly.
*For Rule Conditions, where you can set up earning conditions for VIP Tier, customer tags or product(Shopify only) is available on our Premium plan and above. For more information about this feature, please visit the VIP program guide
*For Earning Limits, where you can limit the number of times this action can be completed is available on our Business plan and above. - Click on the Create button to save your settings.
How to view, update or delete the existing rule(s) for points:
- Click on View all points on the bottom right of the Points section
- You will be able to view all the existing actions (both active and inactive) and their related information (points, total rewarded) on this page.
- To update the existing rule, click under the Title column on the action you want to update.
- You will be able to update the existing actions and their information on this page.
- Remember to click on the Save button on the bottom right to save your updated settings.
- To delete the existing rule, click under the Title column on the action you want to delete.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Delete button located at the bottom left of the page.
- Click on the Delete button on the delete confirmation pop up.
Rule Conditions for Points
You can set up inclusion/exclusion rules for the points of a specific action to be rewarded to customers.
- Click on "Add new rule" or click on the existing rule you wish to edit
- Under Rule Conditions section, click on the "Enable" button
- Enter the Include/Exclude condition

Enable or Disable Notification based on Points Rule
You can now enable or disable notification for individual Points Rule and get notified when you customer is rewarded.
1. Click on the Points Rule for which you want to enable the notification
2. Scroll down to the "Notifications" section and click on the "Enable" button
Rewards
You will be able to set and view the rewards for customers to redeem with points at the Rewards section.
How to set up a new reward:
- Click on the Add new reward on the bottom left of the Rewards Section. (Alternatively, you can click on View all rewards and click on the Add new reward button above)
- Choose the reward that you want your customers to be able to redeem when they have collected enough points and click on the Add reward button.

Store credit (Bigcommerce only) Amount to be credited into the customer's account for future purchases.

- Enter the points under Points to redeem field to set the number of points needed to redeem the reward. Note: The app will accept up to 2 decimal places (eg. 1.02)
- Fill up the rest of the details accordingly.
- Click on the Create button to create the new reward.
How to view, update or delete the existing rewards:
- Click on View all rewards on the bottom right of the Rewards section
- You will be able to view all the existing actions (both active and inactive) and their related information (points, total rewarded) on this page.

- Remember to click on the Save button on the bottom right to save your updated settings!
- To delete the existing reward, click under the Title column on the reward you want to delete.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Delete button located at the bottom left of the page.
- Click on the Delete button on the delete confirmation pop up.
Reward Expiration
Reward expiration is available as part of the rewards setting:
Once a reward expiration duration is set, a reminder email will be sent to customers 3 days before the expiry date of the coupon code issued to the customer.
You can edit the reward expiration email content under Settings - Emails - Reward Expiry Reminder
How Customers Can Redeem Points And Rewards
Redeem Points
- Click on Earning Points button (the button text may vary depending on your settings on Launcher Setup)
- For activities such as like, share and follow, there will be a button which will pop up a window and display your social pages automatically
- Upon completing the task, the points will be credited automatically upon completing the task(s) and there will be a "checkmark" on the button to show that this task is already completed (customers will not be able to redeem points on the same activity twice)
Redeem Rewards
- Click on Redeem Points button (the button text may vary depending on your settings on Launcher Setup)
- Click on the Redeem button for the rewards you wish to redeem.
- Click on Apply Code to use the code on your next order
- You will also be able to view all redeemed rewards at Rewards section by clicking Your Rewards
